There is parking available in front of 100 Broughton Rd, Suite C! There is also another lot available on the side of the complex.

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service booked using the card on file. If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or the client no call-no shows, the card on file will be charged 100%.
Please be courteous when cancelling appointments that have been booked for 60+ days. A 25% fee will be charged if an appointment is held and canceled before above policy.
We have the right to reschedule or shorten your service if you are 15 or more minutes late. If the stylist is unable to shorten your service, you will be charged 100% of the service booked to the card on file.

All services are nonrefundable. Should you be unhappy with your hair after your services, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment for a redo/fix. We will do our best to get you scheduled within 2 weeks after that, free of charge. Should you change your mind about the look you were going for, that will be an additional cost as it is not a redo.
